I started in architecture. It taught me design, but also the business behind it: the coordination, the stakeholders, the responsibility that comes with building something real.

Product design turned out to be the same discipline, just faster. It also helps that mistakes aren't fatal here the way they were in architecture. They're iteration.

There's no trick to that. I stay curious. I obsess over details most people skip. I say plainly when I don't know something, instead of talking around it. And I have no ego about any of it.
